Blow molding
Bottles, jugs and drums.

HDPE resin from the United States and China, with the manufacturer's technical data sheet and the lot's certificate of analysis (CoA). Pricing in BRL per kilo and delivery anywhere in Brazil.
HDPE is polyethylene with few chain branches. That gives it a higher density than LDPE and produces stiffer parts with good chemical and impact resistance. It is the resin used for blow-molded bottles and drums, injection-molded parts, bags and technical films.
Bottles, jugs and drums.
Caps, crates and technical parts.
Bags, technical films and packaging.
Pipes, sheets and profiles.
Each process calls for a different grade. To recommend the right resin and send the technical data sheet for the available grade, Esfera needs:

| HDPE (high density) | LDPE (low density) | |
|---|---|---|
| Typical density | 0.941 to 0.965 g/cm³ | 0.910 to 0.925 g/cm³ |
| Structure | Few chain branches | Branched chains |
| Result in the part | Rigid and tough | Flexible and clear |
| Common uses | Bottles, drums, injection-molded parts, bags | Blown film, packaging |
General density ranges for polyethylene. The value for each grade is on the manufacturer's technical data sheet.
Pricing is available on request, in BRL per kilo, and follows the dollar rate (PTAX, Brazil's official dollar rate) on the day of the order. The proposal is issued in writing, with product, quantity, delivery time and validity.
Yes, the resin is supplied as pellets, ready for processing.
HDPE has few chain branches and a higher density, producing rigid, tough parts. LDPE has branched chains and a lower density, producing flexible, clear films.
The process (blow molding, injection molding, film or pipe extrusion), the target melt flow index and density, the volume and the delivery city.
Tell us the resin, the volume and the delivery city. Esfera replies with a written proposal.
