FAQ

How long does it take from order to delivery?

Import takes about 40 days by ship, plus customs clearance and cargo release. The lead time for each order is stated in writing in the proposal.

Can I request a sample before buying?

Yes. Along with the manufacturer's technical data sheet, you can request a sample and approve the material before ordering.

Whose name are the proposal and invoice issued in?

Always in the name of Esfera Plásticos: proposal, invoice and Brazilian tax invoice (nota fiscal).

When do I pay?

After you accept the proposal, in Brazilian reais, under the terms set in the approved proposal.

Need high- or low-density resin?

Tell us the resin, the volume and the delivery city. Esfera replies with a written proposal.
